This is a fun post this week!  We're talking all about one of the most personal accessories...the purse!  Your purse is such a part of you.  I carry mine everywhere and I always try to be prepared :)

This week's questions:

1. Favorite handbag you've ever owned:

I'm obsessed with my Coach Gallery Tote.  I've literally carried it so much that I'm sure people are excited to see me with something else :)  It's just a great sized bag and since it's brown leather, it's very easy to keep clean and looking great!

2.  Dream handbag you lust over:

I'm in LOVE with the Alexander Wang "Jamie Chastity" leather handbag!  It is so great for fall!

4.What's in your purse(with pictures):

There are several "Inspiration" journals and our hand-carved stag stamp that I made for our Letterboxing adventures, along with an ink pad and our log book.  This is such a fun hobby to have, and if you like the whole Treasure Hunt thing, you should definitely check it out!!! Here's a good place to get started: Letterboxing.org  This post made me realize that I have entirely too much lip product in my bag...however, I don't think you can ever be "too prepared."  My trusty Coach makeup bag and wallet help me keep the chaos organized.  I keep Purell wipes on hand, because you just never know :)  I also have to keep hair ties, nail file and my Ray Bans with me at all time.

Sunday Social 7/15/12

So this week we get to talk about something that I believe everyone loves, Travel!  I am always ready to get away and have an adventure! 

This weeks questions:

Best trip you've ever been on?



I can't narrow this down to only one trip...I went to England and France when I was in high school with my best friend, Jamie and it was very memorable.  I think anytime you get to leave the United States and experience the culture in other countries, it's awesome!

Don't you guys just love the braces and mad scrapbooking skills from years gone by :)

I also had a blast going on my first cruise with our family back in 2006!  We went to Nassau, St. Maarten and St. Thomas. 

Best idea for a girls weekend trip?

I would love to pack up and head to a great vineyard for a weekend away with my best friends!  If we couldn't get to Napa, I would love to rent a beach house and just worship the sun for a few days!

Best idea for a couples trip?

I would love to go to New York City and visit during the Christmas season...Ice Skating, Central Park, Frozen Hot Chocolates at Serendipity 3?  Sign me up now!!!

Best Vacation on the cheap?


Well I would say Las Vegas was pretty reasonable for us!  We had a ball :)  There is so much to see and do, that the week we were there was not enough!  I can't wait to get back!

Place you most want to visit: Italy, Greece, Austrailia, New York, California...Route 66...There are so many I have lots of planning to do!!!

Sunday Social: 7/8/12

Let's be honest here.  No one is really crazy about 10:00 PM on a Sunday night.  For most, it means the weekend is officially over, and once you wake up it's time to work.  I will say that True Blood improves my mood on Sundays!  Who doesn't love Mr. Northman?!

This is a tough one for me...I would have to narrow it down to the original 'Beverly Hills 90210.'  I've always been a fan of well-dressed teens on television :)  My motto to get me through any bad situation, especially with "frenemies" comes from the ever-wise Donna Martin.  "Scan, Discard, Select, Move On."  What a wonderful motto :)

Which Reality Show would you NEVER do?

I would never willingly sign up for all the fun shenanigans that happen on 'The Bachelor' or 'The Bachelorette.'  That just looks like something that would make me claw my own face off...

Which Reality Show would you LOVE to do?

I've always been a wanna-be designer, so how about 'Project Runway?'  If only I could deal with Tim Gunn :)

TV personality/character that you feel is most like you?



This was by far the hardest question...I would have to say Rachel Green from 'Friends.'  She's very affectionate towards the people that she loves, and she cares for her friends more than anything.  She's also got a major clothing problem, which is very evident from the looks of my closet these days :)

I would choose Chanel, hands down.  There is nothing more timeless than the classic Chanel handbag, pearls or skirt suit.

I adore a good blazer.  There is nothing that can pull an outfit together better!  I'm obsessed with all the great patterns and colors that are showing up everywhere this season.  You don't have to stick with a solid to make a statement!

It would be a toss up between Tory Burch and Frye. 

I love the Tory Burch Reva Flat.  They are great running around shoes!  Ballet flats are a must for any fashionista's closet :)
